About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital initiatives that boost brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive growth. The role combines social media management, content creation, paid advertising, and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage all social media platforms, create and schedule posts, stories, reels, videos, and other digital content.
• Monitor trends, recommend new tactics, and grow reach, engagement, and followers.
• Produce creative content tailored to target audiences and coordinate with internal teams for promotional materials.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, handle budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions; generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews, maintaining a positive brand image and escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners to align digital activities with business goals.
