Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will evaluate KDCI Outsourcing’s website and overall digital presence, identify growth opportunities and implement strategies that enhance brand credibility, attract prospects and generate inbound leads.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current website and digital channels to pinpoint marketing opportunities.
• Design and execute a digital marketing strategy that showcases the agency’s achievements and top‑performing agents.
• Create, schedule and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, including agent spotlights and success stories.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Recommend website improvements based on audit findings and support implementation.
• Set up analytics tracking, monitor performance and prepare monthly reports on traffic, leads and conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management or website optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on brand‑aligned content.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of handling multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
