Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns for our social-good clients. The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the Philippines, supporting a fast-growing consultancy that works with organisations such as UNICEF and World Animal Protection.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage paid search campaigns on Google and Bing.
• Set up and optimise display and remarketing campaigns using GDN, DataXu, Criteo and AdRoll.
• Run paid social advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and TikTok.
• Monitor spend, CPA and ROI to meet client targets.
• Collaborate with Digital Strategists to align campaigns with client objectives.
• Maintain accurate reporting, provide insights and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Present campaign concepts and performance results to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Facebook and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong familiarity with Google Analytics 4.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
