Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will own the brand’s online presence across websites and social media channels. You will create compelling copy, schedule content, and engage with audiences to drive brand awareness and consumer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website and social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Write clear, persuasive copy and captions tailored to target audiences.
• Plan and schedule posts, monitor community interaction, and respond to comments.
• Measure campaign performance using analytics tools to understand consumer behavior.
• Develop content strategies aligned with current marketing trends and consumer insights.
• Coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for product seeding, posting, and brand activation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce digital and advertising assets.
• Support additional digital initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital or brand marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the digital landscape.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
• Experience using analytics tools to track and report performance.
