Digital Marketing Specialist (2 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence across multiple brands and branches. The role combines strategic execution, content creation, and hands‑on management of social platforms, website updates, and Google Business Profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise digital marketing plans aligned with brand‑awareness, engagement, and lead‑generation goals.
• Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) – create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Monitor and respond to community comments, messages, and inquiries, coordinating with sales and operations for conversion.
• Update website content, banners, and blogs; maintain accurate information on all Google Business Profiles.
• Produce graphic designs, basic video shoots, and written copy; organise assets for easy retrieval.
• Leverage AI tools for content generation, design assistance, analytics, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, managing multiple social pages and GMB.
• Portfolio or samples of previous digital marketing work.
• Willingness to travel to branch locations and work onsite in Pasig City.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of social media marketing fundamentals and local SEO basics.
• Proficiency with AI tools to boost productivity and creativity.
• Content writing, caption creation, and basic video editing.
• Graphic design using Photoshop and Canva.
• Website content management and Google Business Profile administration.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
