Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing garage‑door repair and installation company serving residential customers across New York. They need a proactive Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to own paid‑media strategy, generate leads and support day‑to‑day business operations while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Local Services).
• Create, manage and optimise Microsoft Bing Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and continuous campaign optimisation to improve conversions and lower cost‑per‑lead.
• Design and optimise landing pages, marketing funnels and conversion tracking.
• Track advertising budgets, ROI and key performance metrics; prepare weekly performance reports.
• Maintain and update the company website, improve SEO, speed and overall user experience.
• Support daily operations: scheduling, dispatching, technician coordination and customer communication.
• Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate data and smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work 8‑12 hours per day between 6 AM and 6 PM CST.
