Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to lead and optimise our online campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive brand engagement, lead generation and digital sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage content for social media channels and the company website, creating comprehensive digital activity calendars.
• Monitor SEO, track web‑traffic metrics and analyse user engagement to continuously optimise content and measure campaign success.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Sales, Design, Communications, Visual Merchandising and external agencies to align on corporate objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals and influencers to expand the brand network.
• Stay updated on social‑media best practices, emerging technologies and audience research to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Track and meet KPIs such as daily query responses, qualified sales leads and the reach of boosted posts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital/social media marketing, focusing on brand awareness and impressions.
• Graduate of a 4‑year degree program in any discipline.
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English.
• Based in or willing to work from Geomax Compound, Bagbaguin, Caloocan.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Pinterest.
• Strong understanding of SEO and web‑traffic analytics.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing tools.
