Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of our marketing programmes. The role will drive multi‑channel campaigns that support the growth of our technology solutions and strengthen our brand presence in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media and offline events.
• Control campaign budgets, track ROI and use analytics tools to improve conversion pathways.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Executive teams to align marketing tactics with business objectives.
• Mentor and supervise junior marketers, copywriters, designers and external agency partners.
• Identify market trends, customer insights and new growth opportunities to enhance brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in an IT or technology‑focused company.
• Proven ability to work onsite and start immediately.
