Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will own Tablo Group’s online presence across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile and the company website. The role drives digital strategy, creates content calendars, manages paid media, monitors social listening and provides performance insights to support sales and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar, platform plans and digital campaign briefs for each brand.
• Own the publishing schedule, ensuring accurate captions, hashtags, compliance reminders and final checks before posting.
• Produce data‑driven reports on social media, website, Google Business Profile and paid‑media performance.
• Track mentions, trends, competitor activity and sentiment to generate actionable recommendations.
• Plan, boost, monitor and optimise paid campaigns to maximise reach, engagement, inquiries and conversions.
• Monitor direct messages, comments and reviews, routing guest concerns to Client Engagement while maintaining digital visibility.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content strategy or paid‑media, preferably in restaurant or FMCG sectors.
• Deep understanding of Filipino social‑media behaviour across platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to keep brand tone consistent.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Analytical and creative mindset, customer‑focused and able to work collaboratively with brand, creative, operations and sales teams.
