Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

SEA Olympus Marketing Inc. is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join its team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this full‑time position you will shape and execute digital strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement and growth for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEM, email and content channels.
• Manage and optimise campaigns to meet KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation and conversions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to inform strategy.
• Create and curate high‑quality content to support content‑marketing initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with creative, web development and client services teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or client‑side role.
• Proven track record of successful multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to translate complex concepts into engaging content.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
