Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Lead to own the strategy, execution and optimisation of our paid search, paid social and website channels. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will drive traffic, engagement and qualified leads while focusing on ROI and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing and other platforms.
• Develop and execute LinkedIn paid social strategy to maximise conversions and lead generation.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with agencies, internal teams and sales to align campaigns with overall growth objectives.
• Own the WordPress website, create new pages, update content and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Design and run CRO initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages.
• Manage SEO agency, implement on‑page optimisation, metadata, internal linking and site structure.
• Produce regular performance reports for paid channels and website metrics, synthesising insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on lead generation and revenue impact.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience working with external agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented, data‑driven and comfortable making decisions based on performance data.
