Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

Cyzerg is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to drive online traffic, engage customers and support business objectives through integrated digital campaigns and high‑quality content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising (PPC, social media ads).
• Optimize website and content for SEO and manage SEM strategies to improve visibility.
• Track, analyze and report on KPI performance, providing insights for continuous optimization.
• Write, edit and proofread copy for websites, blogs, newsletters, social posts and digital ads while ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with sales, design and product teams to maintain an integrated marketing approach.
• Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement and manage day‑to‑day platform activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Senior High School applicants with 3 years experience are also considered).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of combined experience in digital marketing, copywriting and content creation.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty).
• Ability to work the mid‑shift (3:00 PM–12:00 AM PT) and onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
