About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Appointment Setter to generate qualified B2B leads and schedule sales appointments for our team. The role combines digital outreach with proactive scheduling to support our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify B2B prospects using digital marketing channels.
  • Conduct outreach via email, social media, and other online tools to generate interest.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and appointment details in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.

Required profile

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage B2B prospects.
  • Experience in lead generation or appointment setting, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid setting.
