As a Digital Experience Specialist you will sit at the crossroads of technology, automation, and customer experience, helping to design and optimise digital journeys for customers and agents alike.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, pilot and implement AI tools to improve efficiency across customer journeys.
• Deep‑dive into Zendesk, Zapier and Shopify configurations to remove bottlenecks and re‑engineer processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map end‑to‑end digital journeys, ensuring seamless experiences.
• Build data‑backed cases for new automations, execute implementations and measure outcomes against CX priorities.
• Contribute to the CX roadmap by identifying emerging trends and challenging the status‑quo of the digital stack.

• Hands‑on experience managing automation and AI within a customer‑experience context.
