Digital Asset Management Specialist

About the role

The Digital Asset Management Specialist will lead project‑management activities for globally‑led initiatives, working closely with IBS‑IMS, Group Marketing and Content Hub champions. The role supports the Content Analytics Specialist and acts as the point of contact for all DAM‑related projects and tool roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate people, processes and timelines to ensure DAM projects are delivered on schedule and meet business objectives.
• Manage tool testing, improvement roll‑outs and act as OIC when the immediate supervisor is absent.
• Oversee content hub enhancement requirements, upgrades and ways‑of‑working improvements.
• Align dashboard reporting and KPI tracking across markets and zones.
• Serve as the go‑to person for globally led DAM projects and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project‑management experience, preferably in a branding or marketing communication environment.
• Familiarity with high‑volume, multi‑platform digital asset workflows.
• Experience working in a corporate, multicultural setting.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and enterprise‑wide requirements management.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills across IBS‑IMS, Group Marketing, market and zone teams.
