Digital Analytics Specialist

About the role

Cebu Pacific is looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist to join its Marketing and Customer Experience team. You will work across Marketing, Loyalty, Data Privacy, and Customer Care to turn data into actionable insights that improve customer communications and digital media processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support customer communications across web, mobile web, and app platforms for Marketing, Loyalty, Data Privacy, and Customer Care.
• Analyze, translate, and simplify business requirements; document and communicate them to relevant teams.
• Investigate and escalate issues, proposing cost‑efficient solutions without compromising effectiveness.
• Generate data‑driven insights from statistical and financial data, consolidate reports for management decision‑making, and present findings.
• Automate and test communication journeys, improve CRM processes, and conduct change impact analyses.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other leading CRM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Ability to understand data, interpret insights, and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
