DevOps Platform Engineer

About the role

The DevOps Platform Engineer will join Innovatz Global’s Manila office to design, implement and maintain a scalable, reliable and secure platform that supports software delivery and operations. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration, release cycles and high availability of services.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise CI/CD pipelines for multiple product streams.
• Automate deployment, monitoring and infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot platform and application issues, ensuring resilience and performance.
• Manage configuration, version control and documentation of best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational workflows and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting ability for complex platform and application problems.
• Experience in software development or scripting for automation.
• Solid understanding of servers, networking, cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, performance tuning and backup/recovery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
