DevOps Engineer – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

IGT is looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join a small, collaborative agile team. The role is primarily development‑focused (about 80%) with a portion of operational responsibilities (about 20%). You will design, enhance, and operate platform capabilities while driving automation and engineering best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Write and contribute code to improve scalability, reliability, and performance, including unit tests and peer reviews.
• Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions for fast, reliable releases.
• Ensure operational readiness of solutions, covering performance, monitoring, reliability, and disaster‑recovery considerations.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, automation, and observability practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or software development roles.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Hands‑on experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
