DevOps Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Australian fintech company as a remote DevOps Engineer. You will design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that support our development teams and ensure secure, reliable delivery of financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate security testing, dependency scanning, and vulnerability management into CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop and support automation scripts in Python or Bash for configuration management.
• Manage containerised workloads with Docker and basic Kubernetes/ECS/EKS commands.
• Monitor application health using Prometheus and Grafana and respond to alerts.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3‑5 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 years focused on automation and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership from issue identification through solution implementation.
