DevOps Engineer (Developer Platform)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to scale and secure our Kubernetes‑based production platform. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure reliability, improve automation, and strengthen security across our cloud‑native environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production workloads on on‑premises Kubernetes clusters and Amazon EKS.
• Deploy, upgrade, and manage applications using Helm or similar package managers.
• Troubleshoot cluster‑level and workload‑level issues, including networking, storage, and scaling.
• Support and manage AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, networking, security groups).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, incident response, root‑cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
• Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities in container images, dependencies, and infrastructure.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Promote DevOps and cloud‑native best practices across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems engineering.
• Hands‑on experience managing production workloads in Kubernetes.
• Experience with Amazon EKS and Helm deployments.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and scripting (Bash or Python).
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows.
