DevOps Engineer – Cloud Automation for Treasury

About the role

Join a collaborative technology team supporting Group Treasury initiatives that drive transformational change across liquidity, transfer pricing, and interest‑rate risk management platforms. You will design, develop and support cloud‑based solutions that underpin critical treasury and financial risk processes, leveraging modern AWS services and DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, resilient cloud solutions on AWS (EKS, EC2) for treasury operations.
• Build automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, C# and Python to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop system enhancements and support production platforms, ensuring high availability.
• Provide production support, monitor system performance, investigate incidents and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet evolving needs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with AWS cloud services, especially EKS and EC2.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, C#, Python or similar.
• Solid experience with SQL Server, SSIS and database development or support.
• Proven experience in production support, monitoring, incident management and root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exposure to test automation, CI/CD pipelines or Big Data technologies (Spark, Presto, Airflow) is a plus.
