About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our Manila office. You will become a subject‑matter expert, work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

Participate actively in team discussions and provide technical solutions.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement best practices for application development, performance, and reliability.
Test, debug, and maintain existing applications.
Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve development processes.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
