Desktop Administrator (End User Computing)

About the role
The engineer will provide comprehensive desktop support and management for a US‑based semiconductor client. This position covers both on‑site and remote assistance, ensuring end‑users have reliable access to hardware, software and network resources.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers and related software.
- Assist users with technical issues both onsite and remotely.
- Install and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Troubleshoot software and network problems, including Office 365 applications.
- Handle desktop imaging, patch updates and software distribution.
- Support tools such as Zscaler and Remote Desktop.
- Design, set up and implement SCCM and Intune solutions.
- Perform migrations to SCCM from other management tools.
Required profile
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to document procedures and share knowledge.
- Flexible educational background; any technical certification is a plus.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus but not mandatory.
