Deskside Technician II – Onsite IT Support

About the role

The Deskside Technician II provides on‑site hardware and software support to corporate users in Taguig. You will troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues for PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices and AV equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations and successful events.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair end‑user system failures, including desktops, laptops, printers, tablets and mobile phones.
• Resolve network connectivity problems, VPN issues and wireless connectivity for user devices.
• Perform regular meeting‑room checks and support AV, conferencing and room‑technology equipment for meetings, events and townhalls.
• Implement virus detection, eradication and endpoint protection procedures.
• Maintain asset and inventory records, including AMDB tagging and physical inventory audits.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook) and configure mobile devices via Intune.
• Collaborate with onsite and remote teams to ensure timely incident resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide overtime support for critical business activities and large‑scale events as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of corporate desk‑side support experience, primarily with Windows 10/11 environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and replace PC, laptop and peripheral hardware.
• Experience configuring and supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication skills.
