Design & Production Lead Architect (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Design & Production Lead Architect to head residential, commercial and renovation projects from concept through construction documentation. The role is fully remote, allowing you to lead and mentor a design team while staying hands‑on with the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from schematic design to construction documents, ensuring design integrity and production quality.
• Develop innovative concepts and produce coordinated Revit drawing sets.
• Create high‑quality 3D renderings and visual presentations using Enscape and Adobe Photoshop.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables and design coordination across all phases.
• Mentor architects and designers, providing technical guidance and quality control.
• Oversee documentation of existing conditions and coordinate with consultants, engineers and contractors.
• Apply interior design principles, space planning and material selection to enhance outcomes.
• Review and markup drawings in Bluebeam for QA and communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record managing projects from concept through construction documentation.
• Strong portfolio covering single‑family residential, commercial and renovation work.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple fast‑paced projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Enscape for real‑time rendering.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for presentation graphics.
• Skilled in Bluebeam for drawing review and markup.
