Design Officer – Visual Merchandising

About the role

The Design Officer (Visual Merchandising) will create compelling visual concepts that bring retail campaigns and in‑store experiences to life. Working from the head office, you will translate brand storytelling into detailed store layouts, specifications, and implementation guides that ensure a consistent, on‑brand experience across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual drawings, renderings, and visual boards that support retail campaigns and in‑store storytelling.
• Translate merchandising concepts into accurate 2D/3D layouts and store display guides for seamless rollout.
• Produce detailed specifications for props, fixtures, print materials, and digital assets used across retail touchpoints.
• Create clear implementation guides for store teams to ensure consistent visual execution across all locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or a related creative field.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, graphic design, or creative production.
• Strong ability to interpret store plans and elevations, with an understanding of scale, measurements, and merchandising layouts.
