Design Officer

About the role

The Design Officer will work on‑site with contractors, tenants and officials to ensure that all design work meets the company’s high standards. This role involves quickly resolving design issues, confirming alterations, and advising on the restoration and conservation of older properties.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and officials to guarantee design compliance.
• Identify and resolve design problems promptly.
• Validate design changes to existing structures and provide restoration guidance.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and construction specialists throughout project phases.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to company policies, design standards, and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Professional license in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchApp technology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
