Design Estimator – Ortigas

About the role

We are looking for a Design Estimator to join our construction team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on accurate cost calculations that support project planning and execution. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with design intent and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs from project drawings and specifications.
• Review blueprints and construction documents to identify material and labor requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects.
• Provide pre‑construction support, including cost analysis and feasibility input.
• Assist in preparing pre‑bid documentation and cost breakdowns.

• Full‑time, on‑site availability in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
