Design Engineer (DDD/Civil/OSP)

About the role

The company is seeking a Design Engineer to lead detailed design and drafting (DDD) activities for civil and OSP projects. The role involves producing structural drawings, reinforcement details, and cost analyses while collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare structural plans and detailed reinforcement drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, roofs, and other elements.
• Generate accurate Material Take‑Offs (MTO), Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material estimates from structural drawings.
• Conduct cost analysis for project components.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and site personnel to ensure design intent.
• Support the Design Manager with additional design arrangements as required.

Required profile

• Graduate of Civil Engineering.
• At least three years of relevant experience in civil design.
• PRC license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Construction or site experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk CAD.
• Ability to perform Material Take‑Offs (MTO) and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Competence in cost analysis for structural projects.
