Demand & Supply Planner – FMCG

About the role

As a Demand & Supply Planner you will ensure that our fast‑moving consumer goods are available at the right time and place. You will translate market signals into accurate forecasts, align supply plans with business goals, and keep inventory healthy while supporting product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Create material requirements plans and production schedules.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement and Finance to synchronize plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators and generate regular reports.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, materials planning, production scheduling or inventory management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and production planning principles.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF).
