Demand Planning Officer

About the role

The Demand Planning Officer will own the end‑to‑end demand forecasting and replenishment process for an assigned brand. Working closely with inventory, logistics and merchandising teams, you will ensure optimal stock levels, minimise stock‑outs and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Inventory, Outbound & Inbound Logistics, Merchandising) to align demand forecasts and replenishment plans.
• Develop and maintain forecast models based on historical sales, industry trends and demand drivers.
• Monitor inventory health, maintain safety stock, and prevent slow‑moving or non‑moving SKUs from exceeding targets.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and related processes to enhance on‑shelf availability and margins.
• Perform ABC analysis to categorise products and optimise inventory budgeting.
• Design, document and implement SOPs and improvement projects for demand and replenishment policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in demand forecasting and planning.
