Demand Planner

About the role

StaffRight is looking for a Demand Planner to join its global team. You will be responsible for creating accurate sales forecasts, monitoring inventory health, and guiding planning decisions across multiple territories and sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to meet service targets.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply‑chain teams to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Produce performance reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools for stakeholders.
• Support multiple sales channels including e‑commerce, wholesale, retail, and marketplace platforms.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in demand, inventory, sales, or supply‑chain planning.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and turn findings into business recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Availability to work US time zones from the Philippines and start within two weeks of offer.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools.
• Comfort with time‑tracking software such as Time Doctor.
