Demand Planner – Forecasting & Inventory Management

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Planner to develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor inventory health, and drive planning decisions across multiple territories and sales channels. You will act as the bridge between sales, operations, and supply‑chain teams, turning historical data, market trends, and business goals into actionable demand and inventory plans.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain sales forecasts for e‑commerce, wholesale, retail and marketplace channels.
• Analyze inventory levels and recommend adjustments to meet demand.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and supply‑chain partners to align planning decisions.
• Produce reports, dashboards and KPI tracking tools for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends and incorporate insights into planning models.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in demand, inventory or sales planning.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience in consumer products, apparel, retail or e‑commerce preferred.
• Available to work US time zones and start within two weeks of offer.
