Delivery Operations Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

The Delivery Operations Manager will own the end‑to‑end delivery process for home appliances, ensuring orders move smoothly from placement to the customer’s doorstep. This role combines logistics coordination, inventory oversight, and continuous improvement to meet high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full delivery cycle for appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and TVs, from order receipt to last‑mile delivery.
• Manage local logistics service providers, set delivery standards and SLAs, and monitor on‑time delivery, damage, and complaint rates.
• Oversee local warehouse product supply and inventory (PSI), balancing stock levels to avoid stockouts and dead stock.
• Monitor delivery load factors, analyse address dispersion impact, and drive route‑consolidation initiatives to reduce per‑unit costs.
• Establish rapid response mechanisms for delivery exceptions, coordinating with providers to resolve delays, damages, and rejections.
• Produce regular country‑level KPI reports (on‑time rate, load factor, exception rate, complaint rate) and lead process optimisation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and After‑Sales teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely information sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, with mandatory experience in large‑appliance/white‑goods delivery.
• Proven track record managing logistics service providers and familiarity with local logistics regulations.
• Strong organisational, coordination and time‑management abilities, with fluency in English (Chinese preferred).
