Delivery Driver/Helper – 2 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver/Helper to transport personnel, materials, tools, and equipment to project sites in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. The role involves safe vehicle operation, basic maintenance, and support for on‑site construction and fabrication activities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company closed vans, 4‑wheel vehicles, and motorcycles safely, following defensive driving practices.
• Transport staff, tools, and materials to designated locations and assist with loading, unloading, and securing cargo.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Use hand and power tools such as grinders, drills, and cutting machines to support installation, repair, and fabrication tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized tool storage areas and keep accurate trip logs, fuel records, and other documentation.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, site regulations, and any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid professional driver’s license with appropriate endorsements.
• Familiarity with routes in Metro Manila and surrounding provinces.
• Physically fit, able to lift and handle materials and equipment.
• Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Operation of closed vans, 4‑wheel vehicles, and motorcycles (manual and automatic).
• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Use of hand and power tools (grinders, drills, cutting machines).
• Time management and route planning.
• Teamwork and effective communication.
