About the role
PwC is seeking a DCA Senior Associate to join its Deals Corporate Finance team in Makati. The role involves delivering innovative deal solutions, providing advice and support from initiation through to completion, and helping leading companies create and realize value from transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute deal strategies, offering data‑driven insights to clients.
- Support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from origination to execution and post‑deal integration.
- Utilise a range of analytical tools to extract industry and sector trends.
- Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, ensuring compliance with PwC standards.
- Delegate tasks, coach junior team members and foster collaborative delivery.

- Strong critical‑thinking ability to structure unstructured problems.
- Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
