Data Scientist – Remote (Central Luzon)

About the role

Beepo is looking for a Data Scientist to join its remote team supporting operations in Central Luzon. You will shape data strategy, build predictive models and deliver actionable insights that drive fleet performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data models and support the transition to a modern data stack.
• Develop forecasting and predictive models for consignments, weight, cube and volume, improving accuracy over time.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, standardising reporting across key business metrics.
• Ensure data quality, identify gaps and work with stakeholders to improve data capture.
• Translate data into insights for leadership and operational teams, supporting strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to automate processes and enhance reporting frameworks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data analysis, data strategy, cost modelling and reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools such as DataBricks and Snowflake.
• Hands‑on experience with forecasting techniques and statistical modelling.
• Proven ability to work with BI tools and query languages (SQL, Python, R).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
