Data Scientist

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our data science and engineering teams. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and deploying machine‑learning models across on‑premises and cloud environments while ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and ethically sound.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop, optimize, and deploy ML models in on‑premises and cloud platforms.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle, from data preparation and feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Prepare, clean, and transform data for training and inference pipelines.
• Design and maintain efficient ML pipelines ensuring smooth data flow and model deployment.
• Monitor model performance, implement updates, and troubleshoot issues.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Apply responsible AI practices, addressing bias, fairness, and data‑privacy considerations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4+ years of experience with the complete ML/AI lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Exposure to Generative AI or large language models and an understanding of responsible AI.
