About the role

We are looking for a Data Entry Strategist to keep our marketing and recruiting data clean, connected, and usable. You will ensure that information flows smoothly between tools and that nothing falls through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate, organized data across CRM, spreadsheets, and marketing platforms.
Design and improve data flows between systems such as Canva, Mailchimp, Snov.io, analytics tools, and BrightLocal citations.
Audit records regularly to identify and resolve duplicates, gaps, or inconsistencies.
Build simple, repeatable processes to eliminate reliance on memory or ad‑hoc fixes.
Support marketing and recruiting reporting with reliable, well‑structured data.

Required profile

1–2+ years of experience in data entry, operations, or systems‑support roles.
Highly detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and quickly learning new platforms.
Process‑minded, eager to streamline messy workflows.
