About the role
EMAPTA is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join its onsite team in Ortigas. You will work day shifts, enjoy weekends off, and receive Day 1 health coverage while supporting Australian accounting operations.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and verify financial data, billing information, and client records accurately.
- Process APS (Accounts Payable System) entries and maintain related documentation.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets and other administrative files.
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents and reports for Australian clients.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
