About the role
We are looking for a project‑based Data Analyst to turn recruitment and HR data into meaningful insights that improve hiring, workforce planning, and smarter people decisions. The role will be based in Pasig City with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clean and validate recruitment and HR datasets.
- Analyze trends and patterns to support hiring strategies.
- Develop dashboards and reports that inform workforce planning.
- Present data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably with HR or recruitment data.
- Ability to work on a project‑based contract in a hybrid environment.
