Data Analyst – Customer Security Education

About the role

The Data Analyst – Customer Security Education will support ANZ’s Scams Prevention Framework by turning data, threat insights and regulatory obligations into measurable education outcomes. The role helps demonstrate the impact of education on reducing customer scams and cyber incidents while meeting reporting and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Track, manage and report on all squad initiatives, providing visibility into progress, performance, risks and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across fraud, scam and regulatory teams.
• Gather, validate and align data required to define and monitor key metrics for the Customer Education squad.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure data quality and relevance for decision‑making.
• Identify emerging scam and cyber behaviours early and support proactive response.
• Drive continuous service improvement using internal data and external benchmarking.

Required profile

• Experience in data‑driven decision making, preferably within cyber security or fraud prevention.
• Ability to work closely with fraud and scam stakeholders to understand processes and data sources.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
