Data Analyst – Auto/Moto

About the role

Salmon is looking for a Data Analyst focused on the Auto/Moto vertical. You will be the second analyst on the team, handling operational reporting and ad‑hoc data requests so that product, marketing and operations can move faster.

Key responsibilities

• Support Product, Marketing and Operations stakeholders by delivering data slices, trend analysis and clear answers on short cycles.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and regular reports for key Auto/Moto metrics.
• Write SQL queries and create data marts in Databricks.
• Automate recurring reports using Python (pandas) and improve data reliability.
• Standardise metrics, automate manual processes and develop the reporting system from scratch.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to clarify data needs and align on metrics and data structures.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong ability to work independently, break down tasks and deliver clear results.
• Comfortable communicating in English with stakeholders and gathering requirements.
• Experience building reporting systems is a plus.
