Data Analyst and Modeler

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Data Analyst and Modeler to develop and maintain data models for financial and operational analysis. The role supports business requirements, ensures data integrity, and contributes to the organization’s mission of helping vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and optimise new and existing data models in line with approved standards.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into data models or reports.
• Maintain Power BI data models for financial reporting and support users of existing models.
• Implement data governance, documentation, and ensure data quality across sources.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Experience in an international non‑profit or multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Power BI data modelling and complex DAX coding.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and financial reporting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
