D365 Developer (Work From Home)

About the role

This remote position is responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across supply chain, manufacturing, and advanced warehousing functions. The role supports efficient production, inventory control, and traceability for SPC Global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O using X++ extensions (avoid over‑layering).
• Configure and optimise Warehouse Management System (WMS) – license plate tracking, mobile workflows, put‑away/picking strategies, batch & serial tracking.
• Support core modules: Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing (BOMs, routes), Finance, and Advanced Warehousing.
• Collaborate with Azure Integration specialists to enable seamless data exchange and API design.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, improve system performance, and enhance reporting.
• Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot production and warehouse issues, and work with MSPs as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent 5+ years experience.
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification(s) and proven D365 F&O development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Advanced Warehousing (WMS), inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in FMCG or food production environments is a plus.
