Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

Home Credit Philippines is looking for a proactive Cybersecurity Engineer to safeguard its digital assets. You will work closely with IT and business teams to ensure security tools are effective, up‑to‑date, and aligned with the company’s Information Security Policy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage security policies across multiple security tools and systems.
• Maintain smooth operation of security solutions while minimizing impact on core business performance.
• Patch and update security tools to protect against known vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business owners to deliver value‑added security services.
• Periodically assess the adaptability of security tools to the evolving cyber‑threat landscape.
• Handle ad‑hoc service requests related to security tools and systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity tools/systems engineering and administration.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Identity and Access Management, Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, SIEM, and Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Solid understanding of information and network security frameworks.
• Good presentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
