Customer Support Associate – Remote Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide technical assistance and guidance for our SaaS solutions. The role is fully remote and operates on a night‑shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) serving customers in the healthcare and medical device sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for SaaS products via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot user issues, diagnose problems, and guide customers to resolution.
• Document interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay feedback and improve the platform.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge base articles and support resources.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during night‑shift hours.
• Experience in customer support for SaaS or technology‑driven services.
• Basic technical aptitude and problem‑solving mindset.
