Customer Supply Chain Specialist - Vietnamese Bilingual

About the role

Join Nestlé Integrated Business Services Manila, Inc., a global provider of business support for Nestlé entities. As a Customer Supply Chain Specialist you will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order‑to‑cash execution while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, handling order placement, inquiries and issue resolution.
• Monitor the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process, from order capture through delivery and payment, ensuring timely execution.
• Investigate and resolve order blocks, fulfillment issues and billing concerns within SLA timelines.
• Proactively communicate order status, stock shortages or logistics delays and propose mitigation plans.
• Serve as the main contact for returns, refusals and claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Demand Management, Logistics, Billing and Sales to guarantee accurate service delivery.
• Maintain and update records in CRM/ticketing systems, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and suggesting process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Fluent in Vietnamese (spoken and written) with strong communication abilities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Shared Services or Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Solid understanding of the Order‑to‑Cash lifecycle (capture, fulfillment, billing, collections, returns).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with professionalism in handling sensitive situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP (database/reporting tools).
