Customer Success Engineer

About the role

Specright is a purpose-built, patented platform for specification management that helps companies digitize, map and act across their supply chain. The Customer Success Engineer acts as the technical partner to customers after sale, supporting onboarding, adoption and long-term value. The role bridges Customer Success, Professional Services, Product and Engineering, with a strong focus on Salesforce-based integrations, data models and workflow optimization. It is a 100% remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success Managers on onboarding, implementation and ongoing technical success, translating customer needs into scalable technical solutions in Salesforce and related systems
• Guide customers on configuration, automation and system design, and support customer health initiatives by identifying technical risks
• Configure and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validations and automations, and build integrations with third-party systems via APIs, middleware and data sync
• Troubleshoot complex issues around data integrity, performance and system behavior, and maintain technical documentation
• Act as technical liaison between customers and Product, Engineering and Support, and give feedback to Product on use cases and enhancements
• Validate technical feasibility for pre-renewal and expansion, help customers reach their success metrics and ROI, and contribute to Executive Business Reviews

Required profile

• Prior SaaS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging or Supply Chain industry experience
• Minimum 2-3 years in a Customer Engineering Support, Implementation or Success role
• Active learner, able to prioritize multiple customers and handle several projects at once
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and accountability

Required skills

• Salesforce.com knowledge, including Active Administrator credential (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder or Developer preferred)
• Ability to deliver technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects
