Customer Service Training Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Training Specialist to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. In this remote, full‑time position you will design and deliver engaging onboarding and training programs for new hires, ensuring they quickly become proficient in our customer support platforms and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate one‑on‑one and group training sessions via Zoom.
• Train new hires on company policies, tools, and best practices.
• Deliver customer service training on platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Re:amaze, Freshdesk, and Shopify.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and learning resources using Canva, Trainual, Moodle, and Loom.
• Participate in New Team Member Onboarding Week and lead assigned sessions.
• Assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and continuously improve training programs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years BPO experience in customer service.
• 1–2 years experience delivering customer service training.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
